Characters, New Love Interest, and Villains needed for Captain America 4

While Phase 4 is to feature films like Iron Man 4 with newcoming character's like Arno Stark, Bethany Cabe, Ultimo, Ghost and the real Mandarin as the main villain as well as the primary villain for the Phase 4 Avengers movie that should feature the Masters of Evil, another movie that is now expected to happen in Phase 4 is the unexected fourth Captain America Movie and this article will reveal what characters that Marvel should include in that movie.


For starters, Sebastian Stan and Anthony are sure to reprise their roles for the 4th Captain America movie which would also mean that Chris Evans will be able to return for the film as well, and if he does then these are the characters that Marvel must include in the movie for real this time!

First up the new potential love interest for Steve Rogers

Rachel Leighton aka Diamondback


Yup out of all of Steve Rogers' love interests through the films, Peggy Carter from First Avenger. Black Widow from Winter Soldier, and Sharon Carter from Civil War and if Marvel does a fourth Captain America film despite the word that Civil War was said to be the last installment, Diamondback (Rachel Leighton) is the next person to be Steve Rogers' love interest

and before she joins the Avengers she and Captain America need to deal with these guys in the movie who will serve as the main antagonists


The Serpent Society

The most notable members of the gang are King Kobra, Viper/Madame Hydra, Bushmaster, Death Atter, Constrictor and Anaconda

while these guys are sure to be exeriments of HYDRA created over the years after Black Widow exposed the terrorist organization to the world in Captain America The Winter Soldier and perhaps if any survive, one or 2 of them will be recruited by Zemo and the actual Mandarin as members of their Masters of Evil
