Months ago Joss Whedon brings up the possibilities of killing off an Avenger but now after learning about how many of the cast members from the first and second Avengers films are returning for more films in Phase 3 and beyond, it appears that Whedon's chances on killing off an Avenger in Avengers Age of Ultron are yet to be 0. To find out why and how, read this article information below.
Robert Downey Jr. has signed on for Captain America: Civil War and Avengers 3 and is yet to sign on for Iron Man 4 so that he can take on his character's true arch enemy Mandarin who is confirmed to be out there thanks to the one shot All Hail the King and is expected to appear and debut in the 4th film which is most likely to happen after Avengers 3 in 2020 since Feige and Marvel Studios did not feature the film's title in the Phase Three presentation.
Elizabeth Olsen and Aaron Taylor Johnson have signed a multi picture deal to play Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver and since Chris Evans confirmed that his cameo in Thor The Dark World didn't count on his movie contract, Olsen and Johnson are sure to appear in more Marvel films that are set in Phase 3 and beyond after Age of Ultron plus there is sure to be more to explore on their characters as well
Chris Hemsworth is set to appear as Thor in the third movie titled Thor: Ragnorak where he is expected to battle either Surtur or Mangog
Mark Ruffalo and Jeremy Renner have been confirmed and rumored to reprise their roles as Hulk and Hawkeye in some Phase 3 movies
Chris Evans (Captain America) and Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) the two whose characters that many of use were expecting to be killed off in Avengers 2 have been confirmed to return for Marvel Phase 3 by the Russo Brothers confirming that a third Captain America movie will happen with Chris Evans set to reprise his role as Steven Rogers and by Kevin Feige confirming Black Widow to return for Phase Three stating that she is a key character
And because of all this information you've seen here in this article, some of you may notice by now that the chances of seeing an Avenger being killed off in Age of Ultron are now highly doubtful and because of Black Widow and Hawkeye and the four iconic Avengers (Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, and Captain America) being confirmed for more films that are in Marvel Phase 3, it's hard to tell how Avengers Age of Ultron will change the team forever at all.
To find out stay tuned for the movie next year on May 1st and please do not spoil the movie if you saw it.
